Honey aioli

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 big spoon of Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup of canola oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon fresh chives

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, Dijon mustard and 4 tbsp. tablespoon of canola oil
  2. Add remaining oil in fillet (slowly) and continue to whisk
  3. Add garlic, honey and chives
  4. Salt and pepper
